How Can I Remove Ads from My Site?

There are two ways to remove ads from your Piczo site.

The first is to reach a high rank in the Piczo Community. Those members with the most Visitors to their site have the ads automatically removed from their site.

The first step is to add a Piczo Rank Badge to your site. Next you need to increase the number of Visits to your site and get a new rank badges. Once you have reached Ultimate Rainbow Member Status, the banner ad at the top of your page will be removed. Each person who goes on your site can only give you ONE visit per day.

Difference Between Hits and Visitors

A visitor is each person that visits your site, per day.
For example, if Joe visits your site 3 times today that will be counted as 1 visitor. If he visits your site 3 more times tomorrow, your visitor count will increase to 2 visitors.

A hit is the number of times your page is viewed per day.
For example, if Joe visits your site 3 times today that will be counted as 3 hits. If he visits your site 3 more times tomorrow, your hit will increase to 6 hits. That's why they may not match.

Reporting Bad Content to Piczo

Piczo has implemented new systems to help us monitor what our Members are posting on their Piczo site. If a Member sees a Piczo page that they think is in violation of our Terms of Service they can alert Piczo Member Services by clicking the Report Bad Content button at the top of every Members page and following the directions provided. If a page receives enough reports it will be reviewed by Piczo. We only count unique reports. This means you can only make one report per page. Please THINK before you report. Piczo Members spend a lot time working on their sites. You wouldn't want your site reported if you didn't do anything wrong, would you?
